[Request] Non-interactive `--skill-generate`

Description

I want (need) to run skill-generate through automations, which necessitates this not be interactive and instead accept parameters.

Can we do this today? If not, what would it take to make this possible?

repomix --skill-generate [name] --skill-output <path> --force

• --skill-output <path> — Skips the location prompt
• --force — Skips confirmation prompts

We were missing documentation for these options — will add that soon. Thanks for raising this!
