Thanks for the report!

Private GitLab repositories should already work with SSH URLs:

repomix --remote git@gitlab.com:user/repo.git

This works because repomix falls back to git clone when the GitHub archive download is not available. As long as your SSH keys are configured for GitLab, it should clone successfully.

For HTTPS, it also works if you have a git credential helper configured for GitLab.

Could you try the SSH URL and let us know if you run into any issues?
