while toywasm has its own table (https://github.com/yamt/toywasm/blob/master/doc/annotations.md#jump-table)
it's likely slower than what wizard uses.

it has been on my todo list to experiment wizard.
last time i tried, i quickly gave up though, because:

• its wasi support was weak (for the benchmark i usually use)
• its macOS support was weak. i usually use macOS when working on toywasm.

i was not aware of Silverfir.
reading its Interpreter.md, it looks very similar to what wizard does.
do you know what's its relationship with wizard?
