Provide cross-compiled binaries for different OSes and arches

I tried to download this binary https://github.com/yandex/perforator/releases/download/v0.0.5/cli and it didn't work on macos 14.5

Looks like that it is built to be used on linux only.

Please, provide cross-compiled (or at least directly compiled in GitHub Actions) binaries, so they can be used on other OSes and arches.

It is not quite right, actually. Recently we supported aarch64 platform
Still, macos is not supported because macos platform (Darwin) does not have eBPF
