Add releases for repo

Hi, we use kubeconform which uses this repo downstream. We prefer to proxy GitHub resources locally, but the product we use relies on repos having releases to cache them easily. I was wondering if you would accept a PR to enable this for this repo on commits to master or if you would prefer it if we just cloned the repo out and did it ourselves.
