Please make a new release - many users still can't use Yarn with TypeScript 7

Two weeks ago, this bug was logged here. By now, it's very likely fixed by this PR.

Can we make a new release please? In my humble opinion, this is currently a blocker for many users who need to use new TypeScript 7 compiler side-by-side with TS6 API bridge.
