Use first character of Card Number to change symbol image

We should use the first number that the user puts into the card number textfield to change the symbol image displayed on the card.

@SikandAlex were you able to figure out a way to change the brand image later on? After the card has been initialized? The custom image only works when I initiate the card with an image in the start, but once the card gets displayed and you try to change it, it doesn't work.
