Can't Add Users or Groups to LDAP Server from this module

i have successfully started a new directory service with certificates,

i am wondering why when i go to add ldap users to the system i get asked for a Bind DN information and my password for ldap server??

when i go to enter the information it requests, i get the error:

Unfortunately, proper integration of yast2-users and other YaST modules used to configure LDAP got broken when the yast2-auth-(server/client) modules were rewritten. Please read https://github.com/yast/yast-users/blob/master/doc/auth-modules.md for a bit of brackground.

is there a possibiility of intergrating yast2 users with 389-ds server?

As I see it, that should be done in the same way it was done before. That is, from the yast2-auth-client module. The current situation (with the mismatch in the configuration files used by that module and by yast2-users) is explained in this section of the corresponding document: https://github.com/yast/yast-users/blob/7735c840cc98327f526a731e5ff87769d906b79b/doc/auth-modules.md#the-yast2-auth-client-package

I don't know if the maintainers of yast-auth-client watch the github issues on their project, but asking there or opening a bug report for yast2-auth-client at bugzilla.opensuse.org should likely be the way to go.

@jshand2015 You should look at dsidm in the 389-ds package to administer users instead of this module :)
