I've got that Issue after typing make I have the newest version of g++

That is very strange if you're using the latest g++. What is your g++ version? Do g++ --version. You'll need g++ 4.3+ for -std=c++11 to work.

I know, but it doesn't I am using Ubuntu 12.04 and g++ 4.8

Strange. A possible quick workaround is to try changing the Makefile to say -std=c++0x instead of -std=c++11. But this version of g++ should really support the latter option.

@hiostreas Thanks for your solution, hopefully it'll help others :) I never had to activate the version on my box (Fedora).
