Visualizer slow on windows 10

Describe the bug
The visualizer moves slowly on windows 10

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open application
2. Play track
3. Notice that the visualizer moves slowly

Expected behavior
It just shouldn't be this slow :(

• Were you using the most recent version? (Y/N)

Further investigation reveals the posiblilty that it may be a windows 10 issue as opposed to a JavaFX rendering issue 🤔

I've noticed a huge performance hit in our application since JavaFX 8. Appearently it is related to Animation.

The problem seems to be related to this bug:

[Windows] Very poor performance of application (or Menus) when using an Animation.

As a workaround, run the program with -Dprism.vsync=false or -Dprism.order=sw as VM argument.
