Enhancement: Adding a tool tip to describe how support categories are determined to the score reports

Partnerships team is hoping we can add a quick tool tip near/around the pie charts of the score report explaining how support categories are determined. We could take the screenshot from below or snippets from the screenshot and put in a hover tool tip or a linked tool tip.
