遇到此问题的人们，现在可以:

1. 打开开发者工具，macOS 用户: Cmd + Option + i，windows 用户: Ctrl + Shift + i
2. 选择 Application
3. 在边栏上选择 service-worker 标签，如下图所示
4. 点击 Unregister
5. 重启
