Can not install on Windows (11)

I'm trying to install Yggdrasil on Windows since version 0.5.8 till last available version - 0.5.11. Still can't succeed with that.

Installation fails with strange message The path cannot be traversed because it contains an untrusted mount point.:

I've tried to remove C:\ProgramData\Yggdrasil directory and reinstall - still no luck.

I've tried to install the hotfix KB2921916 as stated on "Installation" page, but message says "This update is not applicable to your computer".

But you can install other programs right? Because I had this issue and needed to repair windows files (idk how they got corrupted in the first place)

Okay, I've found that this problem is related to Windows filesystem junctions somehow. But Yggdrasil installation is not touches any of them as I can see. Also, tried to do repair (using SFC & DISM) but still with no luck. Any help would be appreciated. (Yeah, where is "good old" strace for Windows?..)
