Yggdrasil over bluetooth mesh

Idea: yggdrasil over bluetooth mesh.
I think this will be a useful feature.

So I got curious, what would it take to get that to work. After some digging around, I found prior art: RFC 7668 which apparently has been around for a while: https://linux-wpan.org/

Looks like given wpan-tools on a Linux system, it might Just Work with Yggdrasil as is, if you set up multiple machines to use it. No need to actually do anything to Yggdrasil itself, and I suspect this would be out of scope for the project anyway.
