systemd's yggdrasil-default-config.service does not work on Ubuntu 16.04 and CentOS 7

StandardOutput=file:/etc/yggdrasil.conf

Unfortunately, this file: prefix will work only with systemd >= 236 (proof).
But on Ubuntu 16.04 we only have 229

$ systemctl --version
systemd 229
