Hello, I want to know how the weight in FocalLoss is determined according to the voxel ratio of different organs. For example, the voxel ratio of large organs and small organs is 500:1. How should their weight be allocated?

I think the weight is inversely proportional to each organ’s average size，the average size represents the voxel ratio between organ and background.
