General adapter for Curvemeta pools #54

About
There are currently three versions of curve-meta contracts (MIM, More, deUSDC) that could be joined into a single contract.
Requirements
- Create general version of CurveMeta contract that covers all current instances of curve-meta
- Rm old curve-meta contracts
- Update all references of old curve-meta contracts with the general one (deploy scripts, tests)
