Handle DB Table inventory_reservation

The MSI table inventory_reservation is currently not properly supported. If you have an unshipped order, there is an entry, which reserves the quantity in inventory_reservation. If you now delete this unshipped order, the reserved quantity is not released.

I think when an order is deleted, all related entries in inventory_reservation need to be deleted as well.
