Order selection for sending email

Recently updated from 1.7.4 > 1.7.8

Sort by on orders table doesn't work any more

Would also make more sense (maybe just to me) for this to default to descending order to access most recent emails. Reasoning being currently have orders up to 10 years old that show up first with legacy values and not appropriate for current email format.

Also Grammatical change of "Select a order" to "Select an order"
