What is the correct way to push all price related attributes including tax to the dataLayer

We are migrating to Yireo_GoogleTagManager2 for one of our ecommerce customers.

We are migrating from Anowave. In the current situation all prices in the catalog are excluding tax. So far I can see that means that all prices are pushed to dataLayer also without tax. Currently in the Anowave implementation we push all prices with tax inclusive to the dayaLayer. While that might not be best practice it is currently impossible to change that short term.

I would like to know what is considered the right way to get this module to push all prices including applicable tax to the dataLayer. What would be the right way to adapt the module to do so.
