view_cart event firing twice

Magento version: 2.4.8-p2
Plugin version: 3.10.6

The view_cart event is firing twice. I have noticed that one of them comes from the customer section data which is then fired here magento/vendor/yireo/magento2-googletagmanager2/view/frontend/templates/hyva/script-additions.phtml and then the other comes from the yireo_googletagmanager2.data-layer block and the data is added here magento/vendor/yireo/magento2-googletagmanager2/view/frontend/layout/checkout_cart_index.xml. For now i have removed the block from the cart page. Is there a more permanent fix for this? I have added the Magento settings.

Thanks. Unfortunately, I'm unable to reproduce this. Within the Yireo GoogleTagManager, there's a detection built-in to make sure duplicate events are not fired: https://github.com/yireo/Yireo_GoogleTagManager2/blob/master/view/frontend/web/js/push.js#L25 If duplicate events occur anyway, it is most likely because the data is different.

Enable "Debug" to log errors in the error console, inspect the messages and their payload. What is the difference between the fired events?

Also, how do you conclude duplicate events are triggered? Have you made 100% sure there is no other GTM mechanism on the page?

Is this a Luma-based theme or a Hyva-based theme?
