I want to make mPlayer full customize... #59

HI.. Thanks for building this lib.. this is helps me alot.
But i want to make changes in my player.
There are following requirements i want to build in this player...
but i don't know how to do this..
1 - From incoming streaming video from ip camera i want to customize incoming frame according to my requirement (i.e -- Change the Height and Width of frame, change bitrate, fps etc )
2 - At some time i want to record live streaming video for some business purpose or any other use.
3 - I want make full control on mPlayer(like VLC Player)
I try lots of time but didn't get solution what i want.. Can you please help me or can you give me hint to do this...
