How does spectra compare to Matlab eigs

Hi,

I am trying to port a Matlab algorithm which uses `eigs` at some point to extract eigen pairs. How does Spectra compare to `eigs` in terms of accuracy and speed? Is there any benchmark being done?

At the moment I am tempted to say that Matlab `eigs` is more fast and accurate, but I don't know which specific Eigen Solver I should compare against since Spectra has few.
