Add the compatibility with CUDA 11.x and newer versions of cuDNN and TensorRT

I cannot manage AQZ 4.0.0 to work under my RTX 3060 Ti GPU with CUDA 11.2.1, cuDNN 11.2 and TensorRT 7.2.2.3.
I guess AQZ is not compatible with these newer hardware & software.
Could you please add such a compatibility to your AI to make it run under the RTX 30 series GPUs with 3rd generation of Tensor cores?

If I understand, AQZ only supports CUDA <=10.2
Ubuntu 20.04 only supports CUDA 11.x
Perhaps it can be run in a docker.
