Support multiple maya built-in ocio config #352

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues and added correct labels.
Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?
For now, only default ocio config is supported by hardcoding inside ayon_maya\api\lib.py
Could you please exposure it with server settings like this to support more maya built-in ocio configs, such as the legacy config ?
