Modify creators so they can use product base type feature implemented in ynput/ayon-core#1297 and related. This changes how product types are used and shifts their role to product base types freeing them to be used for customized names (aliases).

Description

Every creator should define its product base type that should define resulting product type in more rigid way. Loaders can then use it no matter what is the custom name of it. For example creator creating model will still define product base type as model and product type can be then set to whatever (i.e. Proxy, or Reference). Care must be taken to inspect publishing workflows because product name was sometimes used as family too.
