Remove random explorer auto opening on startup

Describe the bug

This window appears always on startup, which I have to manually close everytime - is it possible to remove this functionality?

Expected behavior
It should work as before, where no window was opened automatically on startup

@muchisx thank you for reporting the issue. can you take a look at #164 and say if you also have your Folders view extracted from the Explorer view. It would help if you confirm its the same bug.

The workaround might work for you as well.
