Any chance for 日本語発音アクセント新辞典 support?

Hello, I have a 日本語発音アクセント新辞典 EPWING dictionary that this can't convert, so I guess it isn't supported? Any chance this could be added?

Probably not. EPWING support is rather limited and this project is mostly just getting maintenence. PRs are still accepted though.
