PRODUCT_BUNDLE_IDENTIFIER not set automatically if defined in project

options.bundleIdPrefix can be used to automatically set a target's PRODUCT_BUNDLE_IDENTIFIER using the target name. This doesn't happen if PRODUCT_BUNDLE_IDENTIFIER has been set manually on some level of the build settings. This should only check if it has been already set on the target though, not at a project level
