Move pinned directories to the top of the sidebar

Why it is necessary to enhancement
I think the pinned directories should be listed first in the sidebar as it takes quite a long time to scroll to the pinned directories. I think it would be better if they were located before other directories in order to quickly jump to your pinned folders.

Additional context
At the moment it takes a while for me to get to the pinned directories. These are my favourite folders, why does it take so long to get to them?
