No image preview on Windows with PowerShell 7

No image preview on Windows. Some issue already mentioned it: #1393.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open preview panel
2. choose an image
3. observe the result

Expected behavior

Preview of an image should appear.
