No image preview on Windows. Some issue already mentioned it: #1393.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open preview panel
  2. choose an image
  3. observe the result

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Preview of an image should appear.

WM: Desktop Window Manager 10.0.19041.4355

spf: 1.5.0 (downloaded exe, since winget still has 1.3.1(!))
