I'm using CRCmapper on my data. There are several modules in the tool. I've used exactly instructed in the usage.

Here is the error I got:
/bin/sh: fasta-get-markov: command not found

The fasta-get-markov tool is part of meme. It can be found in the meme installation directory at ~/meme/libexec/meme-5.3.0/fasta-get-markov. You'll need to add that to your PATH so CRCmapper can find it.
