First off, this is an amazing app. I really like where it’s headed, and after spending some time with it, I noticed a few feature ideas that I think would add a lot of value.

1. Better support for water-based maps

Right now, the app seems primarily centered around land, cities, and towns. I would love to see stronger support for water-focused maps as well, especially since that would also improve maps for land areas near water.

A few related ideas:
• Terrain or styling options designed specifically for lakes, rivers, bays, coastlines, and other bodies of water
• Detection of bodies of water in the same way the search feature appears to recognize them, so the app can use the water body name as a proper label
• Better visual distinction between land and water areas for cleaner poster/map styling

2. More control over border styling

It would be very useful to have more control over border weights so certain boundaries can stand out more.

For example, being able to style or emphasize borders differently for:
• Countries
• States
• Counties
• Land vs. water
• Other regional boundaries

This would make it much easier to create maps where certain features visually pop depending on the style someone is going for.

3. More granular label controls

A big feature I would love to see is better control over labels. For poster-style maps especially, it would be great to selectively enable or disable different label categories.

Examples:

• Town/city labels
• County labels
• State labels
• Water labels
• Park labels
• Road/highway
• etc

Having this broken out into separate toggles would make the maps much more flexible and aesthetically customizable.

4. Separate overlay controls

I’d also love to see overlay layers split into more granular controls, especially with separate top and bottom overlay toggles. That would make it easier to fine-tune the final look and stack styles more intentionally.

Overall, really great work so far. I’m excited to see how the app develops.

Really cool stuff! thank you for continued support! One request i have is to allow for GPX uploading? this would great to highlight a particular route, possibly in a different colour to the rest of the map?

Firstly, thank you for this amazing tool. It is really cool.

I have a few suggestions:
1 - Could you please add some way to export/import themes?
2 - Could you allso add support for editing the line separator between the city and country?
