conflict with CA ControlS

Hi,

I have a ComfoAir q 350 to which the CA ControlS is connected via canbus.
I tried to connect AtomS3 Lite but it seems to be in conflict with the CA ControlS because when I give a command, after a few seconds it is cancelled.
Could it be an ID problem?

I have a Comfosense C67 and I'm not seeing any issues. Are you able to disconnect the CA ControlS to see if the problem remains?
