Firefox Thunderbird Border

I use Picom on Arch Linux.
Firefox and Thunderbird have a border around the menus and tooltips.

Are there any possibilities?

they have silly window extents. You can just exclude utility windows with the right classes from blur. Or maybe there's a cleaner way

I have already blur exclude

blur-background-exclude = [

but this has no effect

shadow-exclude = [
  "class_g = 'firefox'",
  "class_g = 'thunderbir-esr'",

The border is gone, but then all the windows no longer have a shadow and no longer stand out from the background.

try copying your blur exclude rule into shadow exclude, e.g.

shadow-exclude = [
"(class_g = 'firefox' || class_g = 'thunderbird-esr') && (window_type = 'utility' || window_type = 'popup_menu') && argb",
]
