Enhance Components and Topology allowing to deploy a Yorc stack on K8S

I want to: Deploy an orchestration stack on top of Kubernetes using Yorc
So that: I will demonstrate K8S support in Yorc and have a reference archi for Yorc on k8s

AC1: Add a Tosca component type allowing to deploy a Consul cluster
AC2: Modify Yorc component to allow connection to a Consul server in the cluster
AC3: Provide a Tosca topology template containing the new components
