Crediting original color map authors in docs

Several years ago, when we originally developed the yt colormaps (arbre, dusk, octarine, and kelp), there was credit given to the actual developers who had designed them (Nathan, Matt, Kacper, and me, I believe). Somehow this got lost in the transition to moving the colormaps to their own package. I think it might be appropriate to include those credits in the documentation here, since it wasn't a trivial amount of work to design these colormaps. I'm happy to put in a PR, but I wanted to start a discussion about it first.

We should also make sure that what was called "kamae" is credited to Tune Kamae.

Go for it. Authors are already documented within the code as inline comments, so you shouldn't need much research
