Description
Need to reserve a fixed address for a jumptable to API functions. These could be tcbm2sd-oriented to save space in patched games (almost didn't make it with Dragon Wars):
- detect tcbm2sd
- fastload file
- read sector (fast)
- write sector (fast)
- d64 within d82 support - map disk number + track§or into d82 sector number + read/write
- some sort of unified GEOS disk driver, also for non-tcbm2sd devices (RAM drive, 1541/71/81), needs jump table, drive number (8-12) and drive type
