Increase amount of tested components

Currently not all the components are being created in tests (qa for example), therefore can be easily broken.
Some of the cases only arise on already created clusters and some cases arise on particular versions of YTsaurus server and it is easy to miss them.
We should at least add simple create-update test for all the components and actualize which YTsaurus versions are supported and test against them.

Also we may think about some kind of ytop <-> yt server versions integration testing, so we can' catch bugs earlier.
