How to transform the json to SQL ?

I'm sorry if I am asking a stupid question, I am trying to make an app for university. But I cannot get the json data into a postgresql table for the life of me, I have been trying sites that convert it and I tried the method in the description, I tried to convert it to excel . But it seems that I am not capable of doing it.

Just make a a script that loops the json and inserts the data into your db the way you need it :) Should be easy to write it in JS or Python. Should be no more than 30 lines.

Edit: Depending on how you're building it out, use some xref tables for the images and muscles.

@Fushi500 Hi! I quickly made a simple JS script that converts to CSV instantly. I tested it my code with a Supabase database.

To create a new table:

To insert into the database: I used the "import CSV feature" in the Supabase UI, but you could also use an SQL "COPY" query.
