Implement E2EE and DAVE

Non-E2EE calls will no longer be supported after March 1st, 2026. DAVE support has to be implemented by then.

Thankfully, `libdave` seems to have received some commits recently migrating from BoringSSL to OpenSSL (thank god!) and adding some example code. Hopefully this'll make the transition smoother.
