Better balloon text for POIs with no name tag

Currently a POI with no name gets a generic label in the balloon opened on tap. It would be good if a more useful text could be derived from other tags (it may be possible to connect this intelligence with the smart preset support).

Will differ by POI type, which is why the solution may fit well with the preset support. I noticed the issue on both gates and house numbers. For a house number, a good label might be "House Number 42". For a gate, probably "Gate" or "Barrier (gate)".

Not an urgent thing to fix, I think, until it can be seen how to do a nice job.
