feature: TOGAF tables and diagrams

TOGAF (the open group) is an enterprise framework.

diagrams as code are extremely contextually concise ways to store ai friendly context that can be rendered from markdown without making them into binary images baset64 embedded in the text or managed as separate artifacts. these are mostly text tables; or they might include various icons or symbols;

it is as open standard.

it would be nice to have a text way to perform a late stage text to binary representation.
