Move from the org / domain name to the private account scope

As I see from traffic insights, library is not actively used.
Also, as a solo contributor now, I don't see any reason to keep it under separate org.

Regarding domain name, namecheap renewal is kind of costly.
Let's stick with default repository behavior instead of domain name binding.

This change will require both documentation and module update.
