"Vibrate on answer" not working for outgoing calls

Vibration when u got an answer on outgoing call does not work (dialer -> settings -> sound&vibration -> vibrate upon answering, the third tick from the top).

Small update - it isn't working at all, but sometimes. I made two logs, the first one when vibrate on answer worked, and the second one (logcat_fail.txt) when it didn't.
