Signal problem, and how to catch log?

Through my various attempts, only China Telecom can have 4G signals (can do data master card), China Unicom and China Mobile can only have 2G signal in the sub card state (there is no signal in the main card state)... Hope to fix...

I tried to install LogReport.apk, but prompted the software to conflict with an existing package with the same name. How do I provide log?
