What kind of things do we need to streamline the contribution process? Let me know if I have missed anything:

• CONTRIBUTING.md -> outlining guidelines and conventions
• ARCHITECTURE.md -> documenting internals (high-level things like project architecture, language grammar, etc.)
• All Contributors bot

I think adding the all contributors bot is a great first step! For those unfamiliar with it, it's designed so you can tag yourself or others to ensure all contributors are recognised, not just folks who have PRs merged. Simple usage instructions here.)

I feel like, since Rust is still a relatively new and emerging language, our CONTRIBUTING.md should guide people towards the Rust book which is, honestly, the best official language guide I've ever used.
