[Suggestion / Feature] Live token + cost meter per chat and per turn in chat.z.ai

Verified demand: Across the community export, ~543 messages ask about token usage / cost visibility ("how many tokens did this burn?", "show my usage"). Users currently have no in-UI way to see token consumption per message or per session.

Proposal: Show a live token counter per turn and a running session total inside chat.z.ai (and ZCode). Optionally show estimated USD cost based on the active model's published pricing.

Why this matters:

• Cuts the anxiety that drives "am I being rate-limited?" confusion during normal use.
• Makes the Fair Usage boundary (see issue [Suggestion / Feature] Make Max / Coding Plan limits transparent and overload-safe instead of silent restrictions #142) visible before a restriction hits.
• Helps Max Plan users understand their own consumption instead of guessing.
