Using own groups/nyaa users

Maybe you could introduce a new optional argument (--nyaauser?) that allows to provide a custom nyaa account to search through.

Appending the quality to the search URL is a great idea. This way we can just keep track of the episode index.

If people want to use a group that isn't supported then they have to also give the episode index (with some kind of help), either step-by-step in the CLI or with the addition of some GUI, which is another thing that's been requested.
