Add support for `inside_auto` boundary strategy when ROI has a non-zero angle

I think we need to create an issue for this topic. I would say if it goes outside with a rotation action, we have to compute maximal rotation delta where the ROI still contained into the image. If it goes outside because of move action, compute the move delta where the ROI still comtained into the image.
